Group Travel · Pune & PCMC
Force Urbania on rent in Pune starts at ₹32 per km for the 10 and 13 seater and ₹33 per km for the 16 seater. This rate already includes diesel, AC and a trained Force Urbania driver from our own team. For city use, the Pune local package of 8 hours starts at ₹7,000.
One fully AC van carries your whole group of 10 to 16 people, so nobody is split across cabs. Groups book us for Pune Airport pickup and drop, weddings, office travel and weekend trips. Before you pay anything, you get the full price on WhatsApp with every extra listed.

Trained, verified drivers on every booking

Toll, parking and permit shared upfront
About Us
Most group trips do not go wrong on the road. They go wrong at the bill. A low per km rate looks cheap at first, but driver allowance, night charges and toll often get added on the last day.
We do it the other way round. Before you confirm, your quote shows the rate, the daily minimum km, the toll on your route and any night charge. So the final bill matches the quote you agreed to.
We run only Force Urbania vans, and every trip is driven by our own trained driver. Our drivers know Pune traffic, the Mumbai Pune Expressway and the ghat roads to Mahabaleshwar, Bhimashankar and Tamhini. That is why families, IT teams, wedding planners and yatra groups come back to us: one van, one driver and one clear price.
Pick the 10 seater Force Urbania for small groups, the 13 seater Force Urbania for most family trips, or the 16 seater Force Urbania for big groups.
For weddings and VIP guests, upgrade to a Luxury Urbania or a Maharaja Urbania.
Our Fleet
Choose your van by the number of people travelling. The driver has his own seat in every Urbania, so a 13 seater really means 13 passengers with room to sit back.
Not sure which size fits? Tell us your head count and luggage, and we will suggest the right van. For groups above 16, we send two vans and plan both together.

QUICK FACTS
These are the details that decide your fare. Read them once and you will know what to expect before you call us.
We run the Force Urbania in three sizes, 10+1, 13+1 and 16+1, and every booking comes with our own driver. Outstation days are billed for at least 300 km. Toll, parking and permit are paid at actuals, and we write them into your quote before you confirm.
Page updated 6 November 2026. Prices as per our October 2026 rate card.
URBANIA RENT PRICE
Our rate includes diesel, AC, the driver and his daily allowance, so there is no separate driver bhatta to pay. Outstation trips are billed per km, with a minimum of 300 km per day. Pune local trips use a fixed 8 hour package.
These are our October 2026 rates, and the same numbers appear in your quote. For every package and extra hour charge, see the full Urbania rental rates and price list.
| Package | 10 & 13 Seater | 16 Seater |
|---|---|---|
| Outstation rent per km | ₹32 / km | ₹33 / km |
| 1 day outstation (300 km) | ₹9,600 | ₹9,900 |
| 2 day outstation (600 km) | ₹19,200 | ₹19,800 |
| Minimum km per day | 300 km | 300 km |
| Pune local package | ₹7,000 | ₹7,500 |
| Extra hour (local) | ₹500 / hr | ₹500 / hr |
| Luxury & Maharaja Urbania | Ask for fare | Ask for fare |
Paid separately at actuals: toll, parking, state permit or entry tax, and the driver night charge after 11 pm. Kilometres are counted from pickup and back to our base, and every outstation day is billed for at least 300 km.
Example: a 2 day Pune to Shirdi trip in the 10 seater covers about 450 km, which is below the 600 km two day minimum, so the fare is 600 × ₹32 = ₹19,200 plus toll, parking and one night charge.
Per person: with every seat filled, a 1 day 300 km trip works out to about ₹960 a head in the 10 seater, ₹740 in the 13 seater and ₹620 in the 16 seater.
The final fare depends on route, dates and availability, so confirm your quote on call or WhatsApp before you pay.
NO HIDDEN CHARGES
Here is a clear split of what your fare covers and what is paid on the road. Nothing gets added at the end of the trip.
Before you book, it also helps to read our short Urbania booking checklist. It lists the questions every group should ask before paying an advance.
The first thing every group asks is simple: what will the whole trip cost? Here are worked out fares for the trips Pune groups book most, using the same rates as the price table above. Try your own plan in the calculator below, then WhatsApp us for an exact written quote.

| Pune to Goa and back | 4 days | ~1,100 km | 1,200 km | ₹38,400 | ₹38,400 | ₹39,600 |
Estimates use our October 2026 rates (₹32 per km for the 10 and 13 seater, ₹33 per km for the 16 seater) and the 300 km per day minimum, with diesel and driver included. Toll, parking, state permit and driver night charge are extra at actuals. Your final quote depends on the exact itinerary and date.
Pick your van, route and days. The estimate updates instantly.
Estimate only. Toll, parking, state permit and driver night charge (after 11 pm or night halt) are extra at actuals.
Splitting the fare: a 13 seater on a 300 km day costs about ₹738 per person when 13 travellers share it.

Inside The Urbania
The Force Urbania is built for long group journeys. Its monocoque body is made like a car, not like a truck. That keeps the ride smooth and quiet on the expressway and steady on ghat roads.
Elders, kids and office teams reach fresh, even after a long day on the road. Every passenger gets:
Trained for Pune traffic, the expressway and ghat roads.
ABS with EBD, ESP, hill hold and dual front airbags.
Every trip is tracked from pickup to drop.
Cleaned and sanitised before every trip.

URBANIA SPECIFICATIONS
All three sizes in our fleet are the same Force Urbania. Only the body length and wheelbase change, so the 10 seater and the 16 seater share the same engine, safety features and ride quality. Here are the key specifications as published by Force Motors.
| Specification | Force Urbania |

| Body | Monocoque panel van body for a smoother, quieter ride than a ladder frame van |
| Safety | ABS with EBD, ESP, hill hold assist and dual front airbags |
| Fuel tank | 70 litres, so long routes need fewer fuel stops |
| Passenger comfort | Reclining seats, roof AC with vents for each row, USB charging and reading lamps |

Specifications are from the manufacturer. Interior features can vary slightly between vans and model years, so ask us on WhatsApp if a particular feature matters for your trip.
URBANIA VS TEMPO TRAVELLER
Many people search for an Urbania tempo traveller on rent in Pune, but these are two different vehicles from Force Motors. The Urbania is built like a car on a monocoque body, so it rides smoother and quieter on long drives. For a group of 10 to 16 where comfort matters, the Urbania is the better pick. For 17 or more passengers or a tight budget, a regular tempo traveller makes more sense.
Here is an honest side by side comparison.
| Feature | Force Urbania | Regular Tempo Traveller |
|---|---|---|
| Body | Monocoque, car like ride | Ladder frame, more body roll |
| Seats | Individual reclining seats | Mostly fixed or basic pushback |
| AC | Separate vent for every passenger | Common AC ducts |
| Charging | USB point for passengers | Often not available |
| Safety | ABS and airbags | Varies by model |
| Best for | Long highway trips, weddings, corporate | Budget local trips, groups of 17 or more |

FAQs
It means hiring a fully AC Force Urbania together with our own trained driver, so a group of 10 to 16 people travels in one van. You can pick the 10+1, 13+1 or 16+1 seater for city use, airport runs, weddings, office travel or outstation tours. Fares start at ₹32 per km with diesel included.
Outstation rent is ₹32 per km for the 10 and 13 seater and ₹33 per km for the 16 seater, with a minimum of 300 km per day. Diesel and driver are included. Toll, parking and permit are extra at actuals. Full details are on our Urbania rental rates page.
The 8 hour Pune local package starts at ₹7,000 for the 10 and 13 seater and ₹7,500 for the 16 seater. Each extra hour is ₹500.
Yes. Our 8 hour Pune local package starts at ₹7,000 and covers a full day of sightseeing with one driver for the whole group. A popular plan is Dagdusheth Ganpati and Shaniwar Wada in the morning, Aga Khan Palace after that, and Khadakwasla Dam or FC Road in the evening. Share your stops on WhatsApp and we will suggest the best order to beat traffic.
One outstation day is billed for at least 300 km. That comes to ₹9,600 in the 10 or 13 seater and ₹9,900 in the 16 seater. Extra km is charged at the same per km rate, and toll and parking are added at actuals.
Two days are billed for at least 600 km: ₹19,200 in the 10 or 13 seater and ₹19,800 in the 16 seater, diesel and driver included. Toll, parking, any state permit and the driver night charge for the halt are extra.
We run 10, 13 and 16 seater Urbania vans. The seat count is for passengers only, so the 10 seater carries 10 passengers plus 1 driver, the 13 seater 13 plus 1, and the 16 seater 16 plus 1.
Book the 10 seater for up to 10 passengers with light luggage, the 13 seater for 11 to 13 passengers or 10 people with heavy bags, and the 16 seater for 14 to 16 passengers.
Yes. Many sites call the short Force Urbania a 9 seater, but it carries 10 passengers plus the driver, so we list it as the 10 seater Urbania (10+1). The van some people call a 12 seater is our 13 seater Urbania (13+1).
Yes. What most listings call a 17 seater Urbania is the long body Urbania with 16 passenger seats plus the driver. That is our 16 seater Urbania (16+1), from ₹33 per km. For 17 or more passengers we send two Urbanias or suggest a larger tempo traveller.
Yes. Every booking includes a trained, verified driver and diesel for the full trip. A driver night charge applies only if driving goes past 11 pm or the trip has a night halt.
No. Toll tax, parking, state permit or entry tax and the driver night charge are paid at actuals. We list each one in your quote before you confirm, so there are no surprises later.
The meter runs from the time the van leaves for your pickup until it returns to base. Outstation days are billed for at least 300 km each. Inside Pune and PCMC we use the 8 hour local package instead of per km billing.
For comfort, yes. The Urbania has a car like monocoque body, individual reclining seats, an AC vent for every passenger, and ABS with airbags. A regular tempo traveller suits tighter budgets or groups above 16.
Yes, at any hour. A Pune to Mumbai Airport drop and return in one day is about 320 km, which is ₹10,240 in the 10 or 13 seater and ₹10,560 in the 16 seater, plus toll and parking. See our airport pickup and drop page.
Yes. Because kilometres are counted from pickup back to our base, a one way drop is billed for the return distance too, with the 300 km daily minimum on outstation days. Share your pickup and drop point and we will send the exact fare.
Every Urbania has a luggage area at the back. The 10 seater takes about 8 to 10 medium bags, and the 13 and 16 seater have a longer body with more room. Tell us how many large suitcases you have so we send the right size.
All of Pune and Pimpri Chinchwad, including Hinjewadi, Wakad, Baner, Kothrud, Hadapsar, Kharadi, Viman Nagar, Wagholi, Pune Railway Station and Pune Airport, with no extra pickup charge inside city limits.

Yes. Companies get a proper GST invoice for employee transport, offsites and client travel. See our Urbania for corporate transport page.
Call or WhatsApp +91 75179 05755 with your date, pickup point, destination and group size. We suggest the right seater and share the full fare within minutes, then confirm your booking on call or WhatsApp.
